License Agreement

1. Grant of License

AppointSync is proprietary software owned by TSV Global Solutions Private Limited. All rights reserved. Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use AppointSync for business appointment management purposes.

2. Permitted Use

You may use AppointSync solely for its intended purpose of managing business appointments within your organization. This license permits you to:

• Access the software through authorized user accounts
• Create, view, edit, and manage appointments
• Use mapping and routing features for business purposes
• Receive and manage notifications related to appointments
• Generate reports and export data for business use

3. Restrictions

You may not, and may not permit others to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the software for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the software

4. Intellectual Property Rights

AppointSync™ and all associated trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, and content are the exclusive intellectual property of TSV Global Solutions Private Limited. All software code, design elements, documentation, and materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

No rights or licenses are granted except as expressly set forth in this agreement. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by TSV Global Solutions Private Limited.

5. Ownership

This is a license agreement, not a sale. TSV Global Solutions Private Limited retains all right, title, and interest in and to the software, including all intellectual property rights. Your use of the software does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property.

6. Updates and Modifications

We may update, modify, or discontinue the software at any time without prior notice. Updates may be automatically applied. Continued use of the software after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified software.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies in your possession.
